Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering, subscribing to a plan or using the SoltyAI platform (the "Service"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

SoltyAI is a SaaS platform that lets you deploy conversational chatbots powered by artificial intelligence across channels like WhatsApp, web, Telegram and other social networks, with custom knowledge bases (RAG) and third-party integrations.

3. Account and Subscription

  • The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
  • Plans are monthly with no lock-in, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • The one-time setup covers the initial assisted onboarding and the first RAG load.
  • The customer may switch plans at any time, prorating the difference.

4. Acceptable Use

The customer agrees not to use the Service to:

  • Distribute spam, illegal, fraudulent or deceptive content.
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to exfiltrate prompts or models.
  • Generate content that violates the policies of AI providers or connected channels.

Non-compliance may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

5. Customer Data

Content uploaded by the customer (documents, leads, conversations) remains the customer's property. SoltyAI processes it solely to provide the Service. We do not use customer content to train generic models. Our Privacy Policy applies.

6. Availability and SLA

We work to keep the Service available 24/7. The Pro plan includes a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with service credits in case of breach. Other plans are provided on a "best effort" basis.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Prices are published in USD; the local equivalent is charged at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Stripe or an equivalent gateway.
  • The one-time setup is non-refundable once onboarding has started.
  • The monthly subscription is not refunded for the current cycle upon cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". SoltyAI does not guarantee that bot responses will be infallible. The customer is responsible for validating business-critical information. SoltyAI's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Cancellation

The customer may cancel at any time from the dashboard. SoltyAI may suspend accounts with serious breaches of these terms, with prior notice when possible.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the customer's country of residence. Disputes will be resolved preferably through arbitration or, failing that, before the competent courts.
