A conversation is an active session with a unique user within a 24-hour window. If the same user comes back the next day, it counts as a new conversation.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades prorate the difference; downgrades apply at the next cycle.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes: 2 months free when paying yearly upfront (~17% off).
Do you accept bank transfer or only card?
