Billing questions

The most common questions about VAT, setup, overage and plan changes.

Do the published prices include VAT?
No. The three plans and the setup are published before VAT: Colombian IVA of 19% is added on top. Essential, for example, is 290,000 COP + VAT per month. We say it that way so the quote and the invoice match the page.
How do I choose between module and plan?
They are two separate decisions taken together. The module defines what the bot does (appointments, delivery and commerce, real estate) and your industry picks it. The plan defines how much volume it handles and whether it runs AI, and your operation picks it. Any module works with any of the three plans, so the price doesn't change by industry.
What does the one-time 400,000 COP setup include?
Assisted onboarding: we configure your bot, load your catalog or calendar, connect the channel and get it running for your business in a few days. It's one-time, not recurring, and it's billed in two parts: 50% on signing and 50% once your bot is handling real conversations.
What happens if I go over the conversation cap?
Overage is 50,000 COP per additional 100 conversations. Before charging it we review it with you: if your real usage sits above the plan month after month, moving up a plan is almost always cheaper than paying overage. Flows in no-AI mode don't consume the AI cap, so they lower your cost.
Can I switch plan or module?
Yes, anytime. You can move up or down a plan as your volume changes, and you can start with one module (e.g. Agenda) and add another later. We coordinate the change with you so your operation isn't interrupted.
What if I need to connect my ERP or a custom flow?
That doesn't go by plan: it's quoted per project, based on scope and the systems involved. Tell us the case on a call and we send you the quote with the scope in writing. Your bot subscription stays the same, with its plan.
