1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a site stores in your browser to remember information (session, preferences, usage metrics). Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and used for analytics or marketing. This site is operated by SOLTYAI S.A.S. (Colombian tax ID/NIT 902081265-3, Bucaramanga, Colombia); how we process your personal data is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. Cookies we use

Necessary for the site to work (cookie banner preferences, dashboard session). No consent required.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google)

Measures how many people visit the site, where they come from (for example an ad or a link with a source), which pages they view, and when they click WhatsApp, email or a contact button, or submit the form. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number or what you type in the form. It uses cookies. Google's code is not downloaded until you accept the banner: while you have not decided, and if you reject, your browser does not connect to Google Analytics and your visit is not measured. Google processes this data on servers outside Colombia (United States and other countries).

Analytics: Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft)

Shows how the site is navigated: heatmaps and session recordings (clicks, cursor movement, scrolling and pages viewed). It uses first-party and third-party cookies. Microsoft's code is not downloaded until you accept the banner: while you have not decided, and if you reject, it does not load and your visit is not recorded. Clarity masks confidential site content by default, according to its own settings; even so, whatever is recorded is processed by Microsoft on servers outside Colombia.

Marketing: Meta Pixel

It is off today: the site does not load it. If we turn it on to measure campaigns, its code will only be downloaded after you accept the banner; while you have not decided, and if you reject, it will neither load nor send data. Other remarketing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Insight) would only be integrated with your explicit consent.

3. How to manage your preferences

  • The first time you visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics. While you have not decided, and if you reject, your browser does not connect to Google Analytics or Clarity.
  • To withdraw or change your consent at any time, use the button below: it shows the banner again. If you reject after having accepted, the Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk) and the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_…) are deleted on this site and your visit stops being measured. You can also clear the site data in your browser.
  • Configure your browser to block or delete cookies (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all have similar options).

4. Third-party cookies

Google Analytics (Google) and Clarity (Microsoft) set their own cookies when you accept. Each company has its own policy and processes the data under its own terms. We have no direct control over them beyond the consent you grant.

5. Updates

We may update this policy as our integrations or applicable regulations change. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
